The WFND, Channel 19, Findlay web site is for educational and home viewer use, and is managed by the engineering staff of WFND as a service to people who enjoy over the air television broadcasts.
WFND is licensed by the Federal Communications Commission to operate on digital channel 19, with 15,000 watts. WFND transmits one channel of HD as 19.1 (19-1 on some sets).
